Speak this over your week:

Sunday is here and we feel our bodies, minds, and hearts beginning to prepare to begin a new week again.
As we begin to imagine the particulars, we find deep comfort + grounding strength in knowing the person who will be with us every step of the way.
Jesus changes everything.

🤍 We will batch our time and be acutely aware of our strengths, our weaknesses, and our green zone. This will help us be effective, productive, and steadfast, especially when tension arises or we face tasks we would rather avoid. Recognizing our capacity, God will help us draw parameters to protect our peace + prevent burnout.

🤍 We will recite Scripture—literally hearing our voices repeating His Word over + over again—and let it wash over us. We will instruct our feelings on what is true instead of letting our emotions directing us in what is true.

🤍 We will schedule fun and adventure, remembering the importance of LIVING amidst the doing + achieving. We will live in full color, not getting frustrated by the need to plan these moments + embracing this season of fullness with JOY! Embracing delight, we will find more fortitude for the doing.

🤍 We will recognize what triggers us personally, even when it doesn’t make sense, and we will ask for help in these areas. Softening our hearts as we sit with the Shepherd, we will lean into the discomfort as God deepens our awareness of His presence. We will remember—we are always growing.

🤍 We will remember that ANY mountain—whether expected or unexpected—is easy for our God. His stamina won’t run out. His patience won’t wear thin. His ability knows no bounds. This is His specialty.

This week, our hearts will be full of peace and resting in the contentment found in being claimed by the King.
It is all a blessing—every single moment. We will hold this gratitude close 🫶🏻
