Sunday—a new week is ahead and it’s never happened before!
The opportunities it will hold, the crossroads it will present, and the transformation it will offer if we choose to surrender and trust the One holding it all together.
Will we rest in His sovereignty and let our minds sleep?
This week, we will:
🤍 We will live a lifestyle of worship, knowing this posture changes everything about our perspective and is the source of all our power. Gratitude and trust will be expressed as we give Jesus our first and our best.
🤍 We will be culture shapers, knowing that we get to set the temperature instead of respond to what’s been set by the culture around us. We will embrace the leader that God made us to be—letting our standard and pace be determined by Heaven, not earth.
🤍 We will lean on the endurance of the Holy Spirit, taking one step at a time, knowing He will power us through.
We will depend on the patience of the Holy Spirit, trusting God’s timeline above our own. He always sees the long-game.
We will anchor ourselves in the peace of the Holy Spirit, knowing it is unwavering and true.
When we feel discouraged or drained, we will return to the well that doesn’t run dry.
🤍 We will release frustrations quickly—with ourselves, with others, and with life in general—knowing that it is our choice to be bitter, jealous, resentful, or entangled in anything that holds us back. Intentionally picking up joy, we will experience the power of being present and disciplined in our emotions, choosing to walk in the Spirit.
🤍 We will look up at the sky and remember that He aligned the stars—always on the clock, the Creator of time isn’t worried or distracted—His eyes are on our lives. We can turn our lights off because He never turns off His. Trustworthy and absolute, that is our God.
On the other side of every better thing ahead? Jesus. Every single time 🤍
He will lead us because He loves us more than we will ever know—what a comfort that we aren’t striving for our Father’s approval this week.
