Sunday is here and our #sundayscaries are being washed away by the comforting presence of the Shepherd…we go from being weary of the unknown to anticipating what the One who knows everything will do.
This week, we will:
🤍 We will slow our pace and remember the necessity of talking with Jesus and recentering our hearts and minds; doing so, we remember that the Holy Spirit resides inside of us—guiding us, equipping us, affirming us, + sustaining us. Prayer is our weapon.
🤍 We will anchor ourselves securely in what our Maker says about us before turning up any voices of the world around us. Knowing our God-given identity protects us from trying to quench our thirst in places + people that don’t satisfy.
🤍 We will notice when we start to get snappy, short, or frustrated with those around us, and use that as an opportunity to go back to His feet. What’s triggering or troubling us? Handing it to Jesus, He will renew our minds.
🤍 We will be generous with our celebration—in word and action—with everyone around us. The timeline + the harvest is up to God and we trust Him. Knowing a win for someone else = a win for the Kingdom = a win for us. There’s plenty of light for everyone to shine.
🤍 We will look at the road ahead with great hope + expectation, knowing that the path is paved by the Provider of every miracle—how blessed are we?! Great is His faithfulness, pure is His heart, and perfect are His ways.
This week, we are grateful.
Grateful to be seen, to be known, to be prepared, to be treasured, to be covered, to be empowered, to be loved…to be loved.
