If you’re shopping for Christmas, here’s a few details you should know about processing + shipping:
Once you place your order, processing times are typically 2-3 business days, but delays can happen due to large influxes of orders. We will try our absolute best to get your orders out of our door within 5 business days in high volume cases.
Shipping is 3-5 business days (after processing) depending on where you live. Delays are expected with all carriers over the holiday season. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee Christmas deliveries,
however if you order by December 10th, your order should arrive by Christmas. If you have an attempted delivery notice, the carrier should attempt another delivery the next business day. If there is an issue, please contact your local post office.
If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please allow 48 hours for it to be delivered. If it still has not arrived, or if it has been marked as lost, please let us know by emailing
