Another week but not just any week—it's Christmas week!

Another Monday, another M I R A C L E 💫
Another week but not just any week—it’s Christmas week! The week we all get to celebrate and remember the greatest miracle of all that paves the way for every other miracle to come to pass.

Jesus, thank You!!!
Our stockings are hung, the gifts have been (mostly!) purchased, and the festivities have begun. The lights twinkling all around light up the darkness of the night and our hearts are reminded that You are on your way…that You came…that You’re with us and also returning for us…the good news! It is the greatest of all!

Will You help us treasure Your presence above everything!
This means that when we want to react, We prioritize You and we respond with patience + kindness.
This means that when we feel offended, we prioritize You and we refuse to hold onto it and be bitter.
This means that we stop and we look into the eyes of strangers and family alike, and prioritizing You, we see beauty + strength.
This means that we surrender false control over frivolous details and as we prioritize You, we embrace the gift of the present.
This means that we expect humanity to intervene and complications to arise and as we prioritize You, we see it as an opportunity to trust Your plan + walk in Your tenderness.
This means that as everyone is gathered, we take a step back and look at the joy on the faces around us and we take a mental picture of these moments.
This means that we allow the Holy Spirit to counsel us and show us any grievance within us and as we prioritize You, we deal with it and we bring it before You.
This means that as we attend our gatherings and show up in the different spaces and places in our lives, we prioritize You and we welcome the calm of how You walk…interruptible, purposely, focused, and honorably.

May we be deeply merry inside—aware that even suffering is grace because You are with us.
And as our hearts navigate this time of being homesick for Heaven but longing to represent true hope on earth, help us hold sadness + joy well. You see all the hardness and You remind us that life isn’t easy but it is wonderful because of that ❤️
