Thank You for creating the world with Your people in mindâfrom the way the morning sun wakes us up every morning to the way the seasons change and assured me that new life is always comingâYou do everything with intention + purpose. Nothing is without divine order + Kingdom power in Your hand.
Will You help me begin the week strong?
Anchor my feet in habits that build my faith.
Secure my joy in truth that is eternal.
Plant my thoughts in what is true, kind, + necessary.
Establish the work of my hands.
Inspire my feet to be bold and brave.
Catalyze my awareness of Your fingerprints.
Increase my capacity to deal with difficult situations + people.
Remove my tendency to take offense so that I can be effective.
Heighten my eyes so that they stay on YOU.
Thank You for always giving me permission to let go of what isnât mine for this season so that I can more firmly hold Your hand.
Show me how to be led by what pleases You instead of being driven by my preference.
My flesh doesnât have control over my day because I walk in the power of the Holy Spirit; because He lives within me, patience, joy, + hope are mine in every circumstance.
It is how I handle the hard and unexpected moments this week that others will see the light of Jesusâa mission so much bigger than myself, knowing Heaven is on the horizon.
Peace is mine because my God keeps His promises.
