Another fresh slate—totally and completely clean and ready to begin anew.
Another opportunity to believe the Word of God and act on what it says, knowing that it is fail proof and God is always faithful.
Jesus, thank You!!!
Thank You for being so aware of my need and so in-tune with the cries of my heart—You see me in every moment and You give me strength for exactly where I am.
Will You calm my spirit as I handle difficult emotions, walk through unexpected situations, navigate the complexities of life, and juggle the obligations of this season? Thank You for welcoming my burdens at Your feet and flooding me with peace. Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light—this always feels hard to believe when the world is loud—and then I sit with You and I’m reminded of how true it is.
Today, and this week, help me operate through a lens of grace, not striving. When I feel the temptation to prove that I’m affirmed, worthy, or impressive to those around me, arrest my spirit and redirect my mind.
You have already sealed my value. Nothing I do or achieve today can take or add to that; it is sure and safely held by You. My life is simply a response to being loved—not yearning to be liked. Oh the difference that makes for my soul.
As I lean into the truth that I’m not in charge of other’s decisions, their healing process, or their feelings, I can rightfully love them. Infuse me with wisdom to know the difference between caring + supporting someone and enabling them/taking ownership of what isn’t mine. Free my mind of what isn’t my responsibility. Fill me with courage as I understand what this means in my everyday life, especially when it challenges my normal rhythms or decisions.
Thank You for giving me the Holy Spirit.
Thank You for filling me with the fruit of the Spirit that allows me to access whatever I need at all times.
Thank You for reminding me that I don’t need to fear scarcity.
Thank You for giving me honest, steady, + kind friends.
Thank You for helping me be a friend that looks like You.
Thank You for being my peace. For giving me this life! For showing me that everything is a gift.
